Thank you for your interest in the Global Quality Forum 2026. Requests for in-person participation have exceeded the available seating capacity. In-person registration will therefore close on Sunday, 4 October 2026.

Please, note that registration does not guarantee admission. Following a review of registrations, applicants who have been allocated a place will receive confirmation by email.

By registering for and participating in the Forum, I acknowledge and accept the following:

Access to the Vienna International Centre (VIC): For in-person participation, the information provided in this registration form will be used to issue my ground pass to access the VIC building. I understand that I must present a valid government-issued identification document upon arrival to the VIC. I confirm that the identification document I will present is valid for the entire duration of the event (i.e. it will not expire before the event concludes) and that all information entered in this form is accurate and exactly matches the details on my identification document. Incorrect or incomplete information may prevent access to the venue. 

Visa invitation letter: Registration represents a request to participate in the Forum. It does not confirm in-person participation or create an entitlement to visa-support documentation.

Visa-support documentation may be issued, upon request, only to participants who have been formally invited or approved by UNIDO for in-person attendance. Such documentation will be provided only after the participant has received written confirmation from the Forum team.

UNIDO does not issue visas. The provision of supporting documentation does not guarantee that a visa will be granted. Visa decisions remain solely within the authority of the competent Austrian authorities.

Participants are responsible for verifying the applicable visa requirements, submitting their applications within the required timeframe and covering all related costs. Participants requiring a visa are advised not to make non-refundable travel arrangements until both their participation and visa have been confirmed. 

Photography and video recording: I understand and agree that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event and used by the organizers for communication, documentation, and promotional purposes in print, digital, and social media. 

Use of personal data: I consent UNIDO to use the personal information provided in this form for the purposes of event registration, event administration, and communication of information relevant to this event and its subject matter, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
